First things first...
Custom and semi-custom orders begin with an initial phone, email, Skype/Facetime or face-to face consultation and usually take about 6-8 weeks to complete so we suggest ordering your invitations at least four months prior to your event. We do accept a limited amount of rush orders so please contact us if you are interested. However, please be note that a rush order fee will be applied. Prepackaged designs for various occasions are based on availability.
Once you have chosen Adaria Designs by ahd to create the invitations for your event we send you an invoice. We require a 60% deposit of the total amount of your order as well as a signed contract to begin working. The remainder of the balance is due when you receive your order. We will send you a picture and/or electronic sample of your order via email within 7 days of receiving your deposit and signed contract. Feel free to contact us anytime with questions or updates.
Due to the custom nature of our work we do not issue refunds and the initial deposit is non-refundable. Each piece designed may vary slightly even within the same order.
